General Admission & Visits
Is admission for the whole day or timed?
Admission is for the entire day! Come and go as needed and enjoy open play throughout our open hours.
Do I need to reserve a spot for open play?
We recommend reserving in advance, when possible, especially on weekends and during school breaks, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
What ages is Aventurine Zone designed for?
Aventurine Zone is designed primarily for young children through elementary age. Most activities are best suited for ages 1–10, though older siblings are welcome if they enjoy imaginative and active play.
Do adults need to stay?
Yes. Aventurine Zone is a supervised-by-parent/guardian play space. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times unless enrolled in a drop-off program or class.
Food, Drinks & Cleanliness
Can we bring food or drinks inside?
To keep our play areas clean and safe for all children, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the play space.
(Exceptions may apply for private parties or special events.)
Are snacks or drinks available for purchase?
We offer select items and have nearby recommendations for families who need a snack break.
Socks & Attire
Are socks required?
Yes! Socks are required for both kids and adults in all play areas for cleanliness and safety.
What if we forget socks?
No worries — socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
What should kids wear?
Comfortable play clothes are best! Some activities involve movement, climbing, and creative play.
Strollers & Storage
Can I bring a stroller inside?
Due to space and safety limitations, we do not have room for strollers or wagons inside the main play area.
We recommend leaving strollers in your vehicle whenever possible.
Is there space for shoes and coats?
Yes! We have designated areas for shoes and personal items. Please label belongings when possible.

Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes! Aventurine Zone offers fun, stress-free birthday party packages. Contact us or visit our Parties page for details and availability.
Do you offer classes or special events?
Absolutely! We host:
- Creative and enrichment classes
- Seasonal camps and workshops
- Family events and themed play days
- Special community events

Safety & Courtesy
What are the basic play rules?
To keep everyone safe and happy:
- Adult supervision is required at all times for Open Play (Drop off for classes for ages 6+)
- Socks must be worn
- Be kind and respectful to others
- Clean up after play and help keep our space beautiful
Can we host playdates or group meetups?
Yes! We love playdates. For larger groups, we recommend contacting us ahead of time so we can best accommodate you.
