- When you book your party with us, our entire play area will be reserved exclusively for your group, except if your party is booked during Open Play, the play area will remain open to other guests.
- Private parties during Open Play hours are available with advance arrangements. Please contact us by email at least one month before your desired party date to discuss availability and details. Additional fees apply for private parties during Open Play hours.
- Extended setup time may be available for certain parties for an additional fee. Please contact us by email in advance to check availability and make arrangements.
- We’ll help you set up for your party and take care of the cleanup afterward. You don’t have to worry about cleaning anything after the party. One small request, Please remove all balloons and decorations when your party concludes.
- Gratuity is not required, but it is always greatly appreciated!
